Automatic Adhesive Mixer (Dosing Unit)
Automatic Mixer is used for mixing and metering of two components of adhesive by desired ratio, precisely, in the solvent less laminating machines. This compact machine consists of two stainless steel (40 liter each) tanks for base and catalyst. The exhaust of these tanks are connected to two sets of precise gear pumps with associated motors and inverter AC drives, and two output pipes and static mixer part for output nozzle. The output rate of pumps are controlled by PLC and related sensors. The tanks are equipped with isolated 48 Volts heaters for setting the temperature of base and catalyst individually. These heaters have programmable timer for turning on the heaters in early morning to setting the temperature of two components prior to working shift. The system supplied with a PLC and a color 7 inch touch screen HMI screen. All parameters of working media including temperature, pressure, volume of tanks, dispensing ratio, weight and volume of consumed adhesive are showed and controlled by HMI screen. All of these parameters are controlled by PLC which will be alarmed the operator in error conditions. The HMI screen and its menus are in English language.
Also the heater and temperature control for output pipes are supplied optionally.
The system equipped with output commands to control the oscillating nozzle and proper signals for driving refilling pumps (or refilling valves). The refilling pumps are available optionally and also can be fitted by buyer in the future.
